    Cooperation Project description:
In the previous project (AEI-010300-2013- 254”Wine derived By‐Products: A source of bioactive ingredients for food industry”), bioactive peptides have been discovered various physiological functionalities such as antihypertensive and antioxidant activities. So the main goal of this project is to stabilize de functional ingredients to be used in different food products (vegatable hamburguers and refreshing drinks) preserving the organoleptic properties of the products.

    Results:
Identification of functional peptides. Such bioactive peptides have potential for use in various therapeutic applications, for example, in connection with arterial pressure. Results are patent pending.
