For this, a study of the state of the art was carried out on the use of alternatives to sulfites in R&amp;D projects in the scientific literature (databases, monographs, dissemination results&#8230;)<br \/>\nAfter the analysis, the available alternatives were evaluated.<\/p>\n<p>RESULTS OBTAINED.<br \/>\nVarious more or less viable alternatives, which will require their application in product samples to assess their adaptation to the participating companies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":4135,"template":"","class_list":["post-4367","proyecto","type-proyecto","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
