Description of the cooperation project:
The project is considered the culmination of the AEI-010300-2013-254 project, developed in 2013. In said project, different compounds with potential industrial application had been identified. In the new proposal, it was proposed to characterize the peptide fraction with antihypertensive activity, with the aim of using it in the food sector itself as a functional ingredient or pharmaceutical sector.
Results obtained:
The results obtained are in the international patent process, so the results cannot be published at the moment. antihypertensives from the wine concentrate as the characteristic peptides of the bioactive hydrolyzate.
