Project approved in the AEI 2021b aid line
Project description and objectives:
The LOCALVINO project is a multiphase project with the aim of developing a technological tool in the wine sector that will integrate the entire value chain of the sector through digitalization and product traceability using cloud computing technologies, big data and artificial intelligence, IoT and blockchain. It is, therefore, a project encompassed in the European strategy that is committed to innovation and digitization and that aims to: eliminate food fraud, optimize harvest processes and their logistics, and improve product certification and control, providing the sector with of a robust and reliable traceability system.
The LOCALVINO project is included within the framework of aid for AEIS Innovative Business Associations 2021. The consortium is led by the Catalan Wine Cluster (INNOVI) with the participation of the Aragonese Food Cluster (ARAGON INNOVALIMEN), the companies in the BODEGAS SAN VALERO sector S COOP, DO MONTSANT, GRANDES VINOS, and the company TERRA ALTA CONSULTORIA TIC, SL
The Clusters participating in the project will disseminate the technology and the results obtained to their associates with similar problems.
