DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVES.
The cooperation group created in the project aims to promote the improvement of the quality of Aragonese agri-food products and the competitiveness of agri-food SMEs, directing them to the segment of consumption of healthy products. To this end, dissemination activities have been carried out for companies: information sessions on food labeling, trends, nutritional and health declarations; Monthly newsletter on the subject; final dissemination day of the expected and achieved results.
RESULTS OBTAINED.
A total of 16 entities participated in the project, with an analysis of 46 of their products, to make reports about their labeling, possible errors, improvements, the possibility of incorporating claims in them based on their composition…
