Pilot study for the penetration of the products of the Aragonese food industry in the HORECA and gourmet channel at a national level

DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVES.
The final objective of the project has been to promote collaboration between companies of different sizes and different phases of the value chain, to promote those products from the region that compete for quality and differentiating character. To this end, products to be presented in the promotion were selected, a menu was developed with the products and a presentation and dissemination of them was carried out.

RESULTS OBTAINED.
The showcooking allowed, in addition to the tasting of local products, the creation of business synergies: More than 200 one-to-one meetings were held between professionals from the sector-company; more than 15% of scheduled visits, and 33% of commercial relations.
